And thus endeth the ibook fund.

For those of you who are interested, here’s my current midterm grades.
CS 113 (my favorite): A. (It shows.)
Math 143: B. (It’s a really high B, I should be able to turn it into an A.)
EE 101: B. (My own fault; I read a question wrong on our test and fux0red myself)
Ethics: A (barely. Literally .4 points above a B. If I can improve my test scores I can stick this one easy.)

I was walking out of philosophy today when I realized it was snowing. Snowing.

Well, I know I wax Lewis Black here a lot, but FUCK SNOW.

And the worst part was, this was that pissy snow… that snow that comes down in little bitty amounts and is so mindlessly light that you can see it flutter for a while, but it turns to liquid the instant it hits the ground. I despise that particular variety of white shit the most.

So, after running around in circles this week, and getting all my homework done early, I basically had this afternoon off.

I did a bunch of random stuff, and then Dave and i went to Bob’s to get some food and then we went to the campus movie, Men in Black 2. (Not nearly as good as the first one, but worth the two bucks it cost.) When we got back, I checked my ICQ and then went downstairs to check out Dave’s new TV card. When I got back, my computer was frozen solid.

but I still managed to pull out an 86 on my Philosophy test. That’s way better than I was expecting, so I’m not going to complain at all.

That means my current average in all of my classes is a strong ‘B’. I need to work harder. If I can’t at least pull an A in CS113, I don’t need to be here.

Test results returned.
CS: 87.
EE: 82.
Why? because I made really stupid errors on both exams. I totally mist two parts of a three-part question on my EE test and I totally mist an easy math problem on my CS test.
What the hell is wrong with me? I should be doing much better than this. Being sick is a shitty excuse, those were easy problems that I should have been able to answer if I was DEAD.

I don’t know what in the fuck is wrong with me, but I need to get my shit straightened out ASAP.

We get our Ethics tests back tomorrow, probably. I’m almost afraid to get it back; I know my grade on that test is really really going to stink. It’s not exactly my strong point, and if I’d known what I was getting into I wouldn’t have taken it.

So I’ve been saving up to try and buy an ibook. No big surprise really, I think nearly everyone knows at this point. The big pain in my ass right at the moment is that one of my wisdom teeth has been aching like a motherfucker, and I just know that I’m going to have to have it pulled. So much for the ibook fund. Damn, my dentist in Twin told me that it was coming in ok, and that I wouldn’t have to get it pulled. It’s a conspiracy, I tells ya…
